Creasing Process:
Creasing is just folding process of the punched sheets one by one in a manner how we want to get the printed box. The sheets are automatically sent to creasing unit. It folds the sheets with the help of scoring rule and embossing plate. It contains gripper adjustment tool to handle the sheets carefully. It holds die chase limit switch to adjust the folding measurement. The fine pressure adjustment knob controls the creasing process.
The specialty of this machine is that can die cut distinct sizes and thickness of sheets with simple gripper adjustment.
