HOW THE PAPER DIE PUNCHING AND CREASING MACHINE WORKS

Die Punching
This is the subtle process of cutting the papers by punching
with the help of pre-designed dies. The dies chosen are varied depend on our paper

of the die punching machineries are using sharpen blades with curved cutting
edges to punch and separate more number of sheets at a time. The die tool is
fixed with punching machine until the sheets are punched. The punched sheets
are sent to creasing process.
Creasing
It is a process of folding papers in a desired manner with
the help of machine. The papers arriving for creasing is to be set between
roller bar and folding knife tool. When the knife tools press the sheet, the
one sheet hand is raised over. In such way needed areas are creased at the same
time and then sheet is ready to produce.

The double sheet detacher intimates us when it takes more than one sheet like 'double paper detected' by the user friendly touch screen control panel and correct them. The punching design tools are inserted that are with chase turn over mechanism. The sheets are punched with fine cutting rule between special upper and lower platen boards. Finally we get punched sheet that is ready to creasing process.
Creasing Process:
Creasing is just folding process of the punched sheets one by one in a manner how we want to get the printed box. The sheets are automatically sent to creasing unit. It folds the sheets with the help of scoring rule and embossing plate. It contains gripper adjustment tool to handle the sheets carefully. It holds die chase limit switch to adjust the folding measurement. The fine pressure adjustment knob controls the creasing process.
The specialty of this machine is that can die cut distinct sizes and thickness of sheets with simple gripper adjustment. The maximum punching stroke feature facilitates to handle more no. of papers in a single punching. This machine will definitely fulfill the die punching and creasing needs of a printing press.
